Hi, I'm Raquel Da Silva!

 

I’ve always had a passion for food, and owning Nova Era Bakery for years gave me the chance to explore that love in so many ways. What started with crafting desserts and curating beautiful trays and platters slowly grew into something more. I realized how much I enjoyed the creativity of not just baking, but presenting food in a way that made people excited, brought them together, and added something special to their moments.

Over time, it felt natural to expand beyond desserts and venture into full-scale catering, where I could take that same care and creativity and apply it to entire events. That’s how Nova Catering Co. was born. I wanted to create something that combined my love for fresh, beautiful ingredients with the joy of seeing people come together over a shared meal. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a big celebration, my goal is always to make the food feel personal and special, just like the people I'm serving. At Nova, we’re all about creating memorable experiences through food that speaks to the heart and soul of every event.
